Content and strategy rooted in human perception, emotion, and trust

There’s a version of marketing that’s all hype, buzzwords, and noise; content created just to tick a box, bland copy that doesn’t really say anything… that’s the opposite of what I do.

Hi, I’m Katya. I found my way into marketing through linguistics and a genuine curiosity about why certain words land, how language shapes perception, builds trust, and drives behaviour. What started as an academic interest (and life-long love affair) has become the foundation of everything I do professionally.

These days, I work with startups and B2B SaaS brands, building content strategies, running rebrands, and spending a lot of time thinking about what’s actually worth saying.

Where I do my best work

Content and SEO are at the centre of everything I do. The two aren’t separate workflows but part of the same conversation, and they work best when thought about together. Because, let’s face it, the best content in the world does nothing if it can’t be found, and ranking means nothing if the writing doesn’t convert.

I work with teams and own this process end-to-end: strategy, execution, and everything in between. I’ve spent three years as Head of Marketing across two SaaS brands simultaneously, building content strategies from the ground up, leading a full rebrand of an enterprise platform, running paid campaigns, managing SEO, and writing everything from pillar pages to LinkedIn carousels. All with no agency support. Just a clear strategy, lots of coffee, and a drive to make it work.

More than B2B

My experience doesn’t just stop at B2B. I’ve also managed consumer-facing content across social media, email, and blogging, so I know how to shift tone, format, and strategy depending on who I’m writing for. This keeps my work grounded in real human communication, and allows me to be flexible when a project calls for something a little different.
